OUR CHARITIES

GIVING A HELPING HAND TO THOSE WHO NEED IT.

The Cooper Street Kids

Supporting The Cooper Street Kids who come from a very poor community based in Swelledam, South Africa. The children are fed daily by a lady called Cynthia Tobias from her own private home. Cynthia welcomes these children into her home with open arms and most children come from backgrounds where they may not get a meal each day. The Cooper Street Kids can seek refuge and play as children should play, and they each receive a nice hot meal and feel safe in her home.

The Cooper Street Kids Project is run by Jackie and Bill Dootson from Stockport who set up the charity following a holiday to South Africa where they first came across Cynthia.

Switched On Solutions are proud to be associated with the charity.

SUPPORTING LITTLE HEROES

Dawson, You Are My Sunshine

We are proud to support the Dawson You are my sunshine Charity in memory of Dawson Willcock who sadly died of cancer in November 2017 at just 2 years of age.

Dawson was first diagnosed in January 2017 and more than £350,000 was raised to fund his treatment in America. Sadly, the cancer was so aggressive that Dawson was given only a few weeks to live and was unable to receive treatment.

Dawson’s family decided to spend the money raised on a new caravan holiday home to provide “lasting memories” for other families with ill children.
The charity provide a much needed free break for ill children and their families at Butlin’s in Skegness. Switched On Solutions are proud to be associated with the charity.
